The core of anything is believing. If you don’t believe in yourself how can you obtain your goals if you don’t believe in your own abilities. Same is true in holistic practices. Our brains are powerful and we are designed that if we believe in our mind and in our hearts we can accomplish what we desire. So your question may be, “How do I know the difference between heart and mind?” Think of something you want to achieve say to yourself that you know you can achieve that goal. If you can say it convincingly and your mind isn’t saying if’s, and’s but’s or maybe’s then you most likely believe in your mind. If you say that and you feel doubt coming from your heart area, even if your mind is confident then your heart is ruling. The heart is the strongest communicator to your surrounding energy that manifests.
It’s important to define doubt coming from the heart. It means that your heart is giving you the feeling that you can’t. It’s hard to grab a hold of that doubtful feeling. It can mean there are deeper root issues involved. Feeling worthy is not easy when so many people doubt you when it comes to your passions in life and being your true self. We begin to hide the best part of ourselves. This is why many people who find success still may not feel happy. You often hear that people feel like a fraud. This may be because they aren’t doing their true passion. They perhaps achieved their goals partially and allowed others to make decisions for their life. So they walk around with a goal that wasn’t their goal. It was someone else’s! This causing fraud syndrome. Believe in yourself in your heart and mind! My chakra meditation can help you!! Till next time, peace, love and light
