Luna Lum Meditation is combining Chi Energy, Mindful Thought of the Assemblage Point (Entry and exit of your energy field) and Moon Phases into one powerful meditation exercise. 

 

Science has proven that there is an osculating energy around our bodies. If this energy is not aligned properly it effects the health of your physical body.

 

You will learn about your own energy field and how to keep it aligned through movement, mindful thought and moon phases.
